We were so impressed the first time we met with Kelly and Bruce. Kelly presented us with a clear plan on what would happen, what we needed to do and what Domaille Real Estate would do for us to sell our house. They followed through on every promise and then some. Two weeks later we had an offer that we accepted! In the process of buying our new house we learned NEVER to do it again without a buyer’s agent. All the little and in our case HUGE things that needed to be looked at and followed through on by the sellers were our responsibility while we were also trying to pack up our old house. There were so many things we didn't think were important that in the end were very important because the sellers didn't follow through and constantly changed the closing dates we had set up. A buyer’s agent would have handled the closing dates and also the satellite dish, deck stairs, alarm system, junk pile clean up and everything else that we had to deal with while we moved in and after. It was such a relief to have the sale of our home taken care of in every way.
