About Eagle Ridge
Eagle Ridge is a beautiful residential community located in the northern part of the city of Rochester, MN. The neighborhood is anchored by the similarly named, Eagle Ridge Park and is directly east of the Rochester Golf and Country Club. While it is situated next to a golf course, many properties in the subdivision get to enjoy the magnificent views of the emerald green lawns of the championship course. The cul de sac street in Eagle Ridge ensures that most homes have only one street access which adds to the overall safety of the area. The neighborhood is not along the main roadway which means most people driving through the community are residents of Eagle Ridge.
Homes in Eagle Ridge are mostly single-family homes with beautiful wood panel, stone, and brick exteriors on contemporary home designs. There are lots of single-story models in the neighborhood perfect for older home buyers who prefer not to climb up and down the stairs every day.
