About Echo Ridge
Echo Ridge is an exclusive residential subdivision in the southwestern portion of the city of Rochester, MN. The neighborhood is tucked away along the east side of 18th Avenue SW about a third of a mile north of 40th Street SW. The neighborhood was a project of Arcon Development which masterfully crafted a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by well-preserved greeneries and wooded areas. The spacious streets feature paved walkways and mature trees line the front of each home with two trees required for each household. In the heart of the cul de sac community is Greystone Park, which serves as a lovely outdoor space where kids can play with their friends. Residents are a short drive away from the Downtown District but far enough where you can escape the busier areas of the region. If you’re looking for a home for your family surrounded by trees, well-maintained green spaces, and spacious backyards where you can see your kids have fun playing outside, then you should take a drive and visit this lovely suburban community.

We were so impressed the first time we met with Kelly and Bruce. Kelly presented us with a clear plan on what would happen, what we needed to do and what Domaille Real Estate would do for us to sell our house. They followed through on every promise and then some. Two weeks later we had an offer that we accepted! In the process of buying our new house we learned NEVER to do it again without a buyer’s agent. All the little and in our case HUGE things that needed to be looked at and followed through on by the sellers were our responsibility while we were also trying to pack up our old house. There were so many things we didn't think were important that in the end were very important because the sellers didn't follow through and constantly changed the closing dates we had set up. A buyer’s agent would have handled the closing dates and also the satellite dish, deck stairs, alarm system, junk pile clean up and everything else that we had to deal with while we moved in and after.
