About Elton Hills
Elton Hills is a suburban neighborhood centered around the similarly named Elton Hills Elementary School and Rochester Central Lutheran School in the northern part of Rochester, Minnesota. John Adams Middle School border the community to the north, North River Court to the northeast, Viking Park to the southeast, and US Highway 63 to the west. The primarily residential neighborhood is an ideal place for buyers looking for a family-friendly environment complete with public parks, beautiful tree-lined streets, and easy access to Downtown Rochester. There are several public parks in the region with playgrounds, open green spaces, ball fields, and well-maintained walking trails.
The standard design for homes in the area features classic American architecture with two-floor designs. The ground level features an attached parking garage with kitchen and family room space where most bedrooms are located on the second floor. We had a very good experience selling our home through Domaille Real Estate. They were there when we needed them before and after the sale, getting our home listed, working through details of the sales transaction and inspections, arranging with the title company to sign paperwork in advance to facilitate a remote closing, being present at our home when we could not, and following up on a couple of items that came up at or after the closing. The team concept had its pluses and minuses. It was good that we worked primarily with 2 people, but we also had brief dealings with several others.
