About John Adams
John Adams is a residential neighborhood in the north central part of the city of Rochester, Minnesota. 18th Avenue NW borders the community to the west, 37th Street NW to the north, and the Elton Hills suburbs to the south. Ideally located in the heart of the city, residents living in the area have easy access to shopping malls, nearby commercial establishments, public parks, and more. John Adams Middle School on the western side of the neighborhood features excellent school facilities with a sports program and various ball fields.

Two weeks later we had an offer that we accepted! In the process of buying our new house we learned NEVER to do it again without a buyer’s agent. All the little and in our case HUGE things that needed to be looked at and followed through on by the sellers were our responsibility while we were also trying to pack up our old house. There were so many things we didn't think were important that in the end were very important because the sellers didn't follow through and constantly changed the closing dates we had set up. A buyer’s agent would have handled the closing dates and also the satellite dish, deck stairs, alarm system, junk pile clean up and everything else that we had to deal with while we moved in and after. It was such a relief to have the sale of our home taken care of in every way.
