About North River Court
North River Court is a small suburban subdivision in the northeastern part of the city of Rochester, Minnesota. The neighborhood is located southwest of the corner of North Broadway Avenue and 37th Street NE, and is about 10-minute drive from Downtown Rochester. Home buyers looking for a new house close to the central business district of the city should consider moving into the North River Court neighborhood. Residents living in the area enjoy easy access to nearby recreational establishments such as the CMX Chateau Movie Theater and Bowlocity Entertainment Center. There are also shopping malls, chain stores, department stores, restaurants, pubs, and many other local business establishments especially along Broadway Avenue.
The North River Court subdivision offers highly sought after residential properties – thanks to its family-friendly environment and convenient location. Houses in the area are primarily single-family homes however, there is a few apartment complexes within the neighborhood. Homes in the community typically come in three to four-bedroom models that were built during the early 1990s. There are also larger five-bedroom models that are on the western side of the subdivision close to the South Fork of the Zumbro River. These residences were built during the mid-2000s and have larger home lots.
