They were there when we needed them before and after the sale, getting our home listed, working through details of the sales transaction and inspections, arranging with the title company to sign paperwork in advance to facilitate a remote closing, being present at our home when we could not, and following up on a couple of items that came up at or after the closing. The team concept had its pluses and minuses. It was good that we worked primarily with 2 people, but we also had brief dealings with several others. For us we preferred having the longer-term contacts, but having a team meant that different items got done promptly.
